<p>Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. We don't process or ship on weekends, and processing may take longer during holidays and sale periods.</p>
<h2>Shipping Times</h2>
<p>Autovona ships from Hong Kong. Due to international shipping and current demand, orders typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive from the shipping date.</p>
<h2>Order Tracking</h2>
<p>Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package to your door.</p>
<h2>Customs, Duties, and Taxes</h2>
<p>Prices shown at checkout do not include any import duties or taxes that may apply once your order reaches your country. These charges, where applicable, are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.</p>
<h2>Missing Orders</h2>
<p>If you haven't received your order within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us at info@autovona.com and we'll make it right with a full refund.</p>
